7-Day Inspection, Replacement, and Return Policy:

What does it cover? Even if you never need it, our 7-day Inspection, Replacement, and Return Guarantee offers peace of mind. You have 7 days (168 hours) from the time of delivery to inspect your item for any issues. Should you find any, contact us by phone or email, and we’ll promptly review your claim and arrange an exchange or return.
Return Policy for Damaged Items:
While we stand behind the quality of all our items, occasional damage in transit can occur, particularly with fragile items.
- Please report any damage to Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving your item. Retain both the item and its original packaging.
- Send a photo of the damaged product to our official WhatsApp number: +92 300 2303834. Claims reported beyond 24 hours are not eligible for replacement or return as we cannot file a claim with the courier after this period.
- For damaged fabric or scratched items reported within the 24-hour window, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
If you opt to return a damaged item, the standard return policy applies. For a refund, we process payments through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer once the item has been received and inspected. Please note:
- The cost of shipping the item back is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be initiated.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Care representative. The exchange policy is valid in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a defect or issue upon delivery.
For a replacement, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received (excluding fragile items).
- In original packaging, including all manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
- Free from any damage or markings.

- Repack the Parcel: After receiving instructions, repack the item in its original packaging, following any directions provided.
- Ship to Us: Dispatch the package to the address provided using Pakistan Post Office only.
- Payment Process: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours once we receive your parcel. Please share a picture of the courier slip via WhatsApp. Note: Courier charges are not covered by the company.
